A medium sized room is available furnished with a double bed, 3 door built in wardrobe, desk and chair or can be left empty to fit your own furniture.
The house is kept clean and tidy and has all usual household appliances such as double gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, T.V in the living room, dvd player and currently has BT vision. There is a wireless internet connection throughout the house.
There is some secure parking available as well as street parking.
We are near main bus routes to the city centre and UWE. The house is also situated within walking distance of Airbus. The house comes with a very cute 5 year old dog who lives with us. He is house trained and well behaved.
It is a non-smoking house.
