We are a friendly household of 3 professionals in our early and mid 30s looking for a housemate.

This is welcoming, and comfortable accommodation with a generous amount of communal space and a garden. We respect each other and keep the place relaxed, happy, and clean for a good quality of life. The facilities are well designed to make for easy sharing (e.g. 2 fridges, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, plenty of kitchen cupboards, 2 reception rooms, sturdy bike shed, bills included).

BT Optimum Wi-fi internet & telephone package, TV licence, tax and utility bills are all included in the rent so it is good value for a nice quality place.

The kitchen has been refitted recently and includes an area to eat in. The dining room has doors that open onto our garden in summer time. There is a fireplace for a real fire which is cosy in winter time.

The rooms are light and airy with high ceilings. We have gas central heating and double glazing. Your room has a single bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and desk.There is another room (double) available if you are 2 friends looking to live in the same place.

There is a substantial bike shed in the front garden.Car parking is on the street and easily available.

We are near the Bristol to Bath cycle path and to the popular St Mark's Road which has a vibrant independent supermarket, 2 cafes, a pub and local restauranst. We are well located with ample buses and trains near by. We are near the M32, Stapleton Road Train Station (to Temple Meads, Redland, Clifton Down, Filton Abbey Wood, Parkway) and many bus routes including easy access to the city centre and UWE. Our postcode is BS5 6LA and you can walk into the city.

We are a 100% non-smoking household. Although we enjoy friends, laughing and good times, we are NOT a wild and noisy party-party house. We would consider someone on a short-term but prefer someone who wants to make a longer-term home here.
