Harbourside, modern two double bedroom flat overlooking the river, 30 secs from Castle Park and therefore 5 minutes walk from the city centre, Cabot Circus, train and bus stations, and 15mins walk to uni and commercial districts.
The flat is warm, bright, very sunny with all normal amenities. Large lounge with french doors leading to sunny balcony overlooking the river. Leather sofas, wood floors, big tv and lots of books and cd's (all very cliche...)
Bills are, as you'd expect, excluded but should budget for £70 ish pm (mostly council tax!)
Me, 36, corporate lawyer, sporty, and very laid back.
