Preferred room and flatmate description
We have a double room to rent in Brislington area of Bristol. The room is currently unfurnished but does have a built in single wardrobe/storage cupboard. We do have an off street driveway but parking is not an issue as our street is quite quiet and always has plenty of room for cars
The house is close to A4 transport links serving Bristol and Bath as well as the local shops, cinema ect.
Rent is £400 per calendar month (including all bills)
We are a young professional couple who work in Bristol and are interested in many things including music, photography, nights in as well as nights out on the town. We like to think that we are clean, tidy and easy going people.
Ideally we are looking for a professional of similar age with similar interests who likes animals (as we own 2 house rabbits)
