Hi, my name is Tim and I have a room to let in a very nice house share at fiveways in Brighton!

At the moment I am looking to let a double room from the 1st May and I would be lookig for a deposit of £415.

We are a mixed house and are all nice and laid back, aged between 23 and 37 and do various different jobs. The house has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and there’s plenty of parking outside. We have wireless broadband, a washing machine, tumble dryer and the all the obvious things like cable TV too!

I own the house but we live as a house share and all do our bit of cleaning etc. The cost for the double room is £350 per month plus bills, which are around £65 per month all inclusive.
