Nicely decorated Only 2 mins walk off the beach which can be seen from lounge (pic) and 10 min walk to Marina. It's on the 3rd floor of a bow fronted Regency building and is accessed by stairs only. Keeps you fit! Shared use of the flat, ie Kitchen, bathroom and large lounge. The room is furnished. It has a built in cupboard/wardrobe. Has a high sloping ceiling with large skylight. Close to local shops, bus stop and hospital. Quiet area and neighbours. Rent includes Gas /Elec /Water /Internet wireless connection. Oh yeah....incase you wanna ask, I dont do meals at a set time for you, and the lights dont go off at a set time either!!!! Please, no nutters! ;-)
