Preferred room and flatmate description

31 year old professional looking for a decent-sized double room (with ensuite or own bathroom, if possible) to rent in the Brighton/ Hove area.

MUST HAVE FREE PARKING OUTSIDE . Rent must include all bills, broadband (needed for work), TV licence, and council tax etc.

Currently living in an unfurnished one-bed flat, so I have some of my own furniture. I'm a friendly and tidy sharer who's lived happily with both male and female friends before. At the moment I live on my own and would eventually like to do so again, so I would potentially only be looking for a 6-12 month let.

I work as a sales rep for a well-known oral care brand, so I am home-based but also do a fair bit of travelling spending occasional nights away in hotels, but also staying with friends in London quite often.
