Preferred room and flatmate description

I am looking for a double room in a friendly house. Would also love somewhere to park my car. I will be on my placement year where I will be working in Peacehaven from 8-5.30 mon-fri. I am from Loughborough University where I am studying Quantity Surveying. I am easy going, up for a laugh and like socialising.I'm friendly, easy to get along with and most importantly I'm a tidy person. I'm looking for people similar to me. I don't mind living with students or professionals as I will be working all week, but letting my hair down at the weekend! Furnished only please! I'm ideally looking for rooms anywhere between Brighton and Hove and Peacehaven. Kemp town is perfect :)
