Preferred room and flatmate description

Double room to rent out in new Barrett Development just off Glasgow Green. 10 minutes walk into city centre. Will be sharing the flat with my current flat mate who is joint owner of the property as I am relocating back to Manchester for work in January. Flat has one very large living room, 42" inch flat screen wall mounted TV with SKY, 2 double bed rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Wireless broadband available throughout the flat. All rooms furnished to a very high modern standard. The flat is a non-smoking flat, although I do smoke myself but on the odd occasion when I want one at home, I just have a cig out of the kitchen window, so that will be accetable if you are a smoker. Current flatmate is a working professional so anyone wanting to share the flat will have to respect that during the week, but at weekends enjoys nights out as much as anyone. The rent includes all bills including Council Tax, Water rates, Electric, Factors Fee, contents insurence, and broadband. The only extra cost would be any landline telephone usage.
