Double bedroom available for weekday let in family home. Property is a semi-detached house in quiet street with parking on the drive. There is a garage but its currently used as a gym/storage area. The house has sky, broadband, dining kitchen, enclosed garden with patio. Room is a double with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage. Bathroom with shower, second WC, washing machine and dishwasher. Cleaner cleans main house and takes ironing twice a week – this service can be utilised for a share of the cost. For Monday – Friday or Sunday – Thursday let only. House is shared by owner and 18 month old son who is extremely well behaved, sleeps all night and bedded by 7. No couples. House is on direct bus routes around the city every 10 mins.
