Preferred room and flatmate description The house is three storey and 2 bedrooms are available. 2 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor with bathroom to share between the two rooms.
All rooms are plus bills. Am happy to consider renting both rooms on the middle floor to a couple for £500 with exclusive use of the family bathroom. There is on person living on the third floor who moves in at the end of November.
All bedrooms are unfurnished.
The house is a brand new house that no one has lived in yet. There are furnishings such as curtains etc but all the rest of furniture is the repsonsibility of the tenants.
