I have a 2 lovely double rooms available immeditaley in a house share located in Raymond road just off the Narborough Road. It has all furniture and a double bed included and is a really large room.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kithchen and bathroom. There is a nice backyard with storage space.
The house and rooms are fully furnished. The kitchen has all mod cons including microwave, washer/dryer, gas oven etc.
There is wireless internet in the house which I pay for along with council tax and water.
The price is £240 per month for the smaller room and £270 per month for the larger room. There is no minimum contract. All I ask is that you give one months notice if you want to move out.
There is a good amount of parking space right outside the house.
There are lots of very convenient shops located one minutes walk from the house including haridressers, butchers, bank, wilkinsons, coop etc.
It takes 2 minutes to drive to the motorway and buses run regularly past the house. You can walk in to the city centre in 15 minutes.
