The house is located in the Braunstone Town area between the Narborough Road and Hinkley Road. Nice quiet residential location.
Fosse Park Shopping is 5 minutes away as is access to the M1 / M69. The Meridian Vue Cinema and restaurants / bars are only 5 minutes walk too. The bars and restaurants on Narborough Road including town are only 5 mins away. There are plenty gyms close by and a few parks situated in the area. There is off road parking available at the house.
There are 3 double rooms available. The rooms are large with double size beds in with a plenty wardrobe space and drawers
The house has very contemporary decor and furniture. There is a sleek new modern Kitchen which is open plan with a very large lounge. Very large modern sofas and breakfast bar etc. The lounge opens out onto a patio and the pleasant and sunny garden .... ideal for bbq's and parties.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave fridge freezer ... and second freezer. Huge flat screen TV in lounge with sky. Wireless broadband. Free evening and weekend calls all included. Other utilities to be shared by housemates
Family bathroom on first floor with corner bath and shower.
Ideally would suit young professional person, who are clean and tidy, sociable and easy to get on with …. chatty and vibrant who enjoy a good laugh and don't mind mucking in with the chores and maybe getting the beers in. People of varying ages who are pretty easy going, have fun, are respectful, work hard, play hard (sometimes)and looking for a fun happy friendly place to live. Dont mind either girls or guys.
Rent is £320 pcm + bills (utility, council tax etc) and 1 months returnable deposit.
Wi-fi broadband, Sky TV and phone (free eve / wkend / International calls) are all included in the rent
