Preferred room and flatmate description

Town house double room to rent,I am looking for an easy going person who has an active social life. The house is perfect for this. It is split into 4 levels. The basement is converted into a dining kitchen where there is plenty of spare to entertaining guests. likewise the living room has plenty of space where there is 2 comfy sofas but if you need a bit of fun we could always play table football. The next floor would be the guest bedroom ample spare for a double bed and storage. This is also next door to the bathroom so is handy. The top floor is where I stay. But the rest of the house you have full access to. Outside there is a terrace patio area which my present house mate have had used my fire box and sat out watching the view. If you need your own spare this is the perfect house pick a floor, but is you want to socialize you can invite friends round and make a nights of it.
