Preferred room and flatmate description

I have a double room available in a professionals shared house. The room is south facing, clean and sunny at £249 per month with all bills (gas, elect, council tax, landline, wireless broadband, boiler insurance, water rates included).

Currently there are 3 professionals aged 25-29 living there Oliver, Mike, Natalie with Sarah moving out due to a job relocation. Its a friendly clean house with a nice atmosphere.

The room is spacious south facing bright clean room in a victorian house. ALL bills except phone calls are included in the monthly rent. It includes a flexible 1 month minimum stay and internet ready PC and 8 meg wireless broadband supplied at no extra per month.

The house is a fully furnished no smoking spacious townhouse with Bramley shops and amenities in close proximity. The lounge is a good size with suite, TV and DVD system.

A months rent is needed as a bond prior to moving in. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, crockery and dishes. The house is a 10 minute walk from Bramley train station which Leeds city centre is the next stop. The rooms have brandnew double beds, large Ikea computer desk, chair, wardrobes and a black out velux cream blind.
