Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm looking for someone to rent a large double room in my house. It's a 3 bedroom back-to-back terrace in a quiet neighbourhood, fully furnished, fitted kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of on-street parking, big cellar - ideal for storing bikes or other gear, large living/dining room, large bathroom (with shower over bath), front yard. All bills included.

There are good transport links and local facilities: we're just off Leeds ring road, 2 mins walk to Bramley Station (10mins on train in to Leeds, 20mins to Bradford), good bus routes 2 mins, Morrisons 4 mins walk, local shops & nice pub 10 mins walk.

I've moved out to Sheffield to be closer to my boyfriend but will still be working in Leeds so will be able to pop over easily if there are any problems. The other lodger is a mature physiotherapy student at Leeds Met. He loves climbing and spends a lot of time out in the dales. Someone fit and/or outdoory would therefore fit in well but not a necessity and we're fairly easy going about who moves in. A mature student or young professional would be ideal. No smokers or pets though please.
