Hey, we've got a double bedroom spare in a spacious houseshare in Bramley (2mins walk to the bus and train station - 1 train stop/ 7mins into leeds centre).

The house is fully furnished with everything you could need - washer/dryer, wireless internet, large cellar for storage, large kitchen with dining table, house alarm, enclosed front patio for BBQs, cleaner etc

The room has lots of wardrobe space, fully furnished, a double bed and central heating radiator.

You'll be living with two professionals, Katie and Jo working in and aorund the Leeds area. The house is has a very relaxed adult atmosphere and we're looking for a simiar minded female to get along with!
