I have a fully furnished double room within a town house which is situated within walking distance of mainline rail stations and the Centre MK (about 10 min- postcode is MK13 8BE). The room is fairly spacious, is fully furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobes. The room is £395 pcm for single occupancy or £440 for double occupancy inclusive of ALL bills and internet etc. The house is kept very clean and tidy, has sociable tenants of both sexes, has wireless internet, washing machine, rear garden, parking, etc. PLEASE NOTE ROOM NOT AVAILABLE NOW UNTIL LATE OCTOBER 2009.
