I'm 28, well mannered and friendly chap, also tidy. I also work from home in web development, have been doing so since May 2010 and only contracting for one team, regular hours.
I'd love to move to Bournemouth, having been there before and know it's just too lovely! I cook and live healthy and am generally nice company, or so I'm told!
