I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples privacy. I work long hours, include weekends so I'm looking for place to unwind after work and study as I'm also doing my final year AAT course. I tend to keep to myself quite a bit, I don't mind relaxing nights in with a bottle of wine and a good movie time to time. I enjoy occasional nights out but partying days are long behind me. I can provide reference from previous landlord if needed.
My budget is up to £400/month including bills.
