I currently live in this property with my 6 year old son. Hopefully this will not put you off! He attends school every day obviously, and stays with his dad every Wednesday night, then all weekend from Friday morning to Sunday evening. He is well behaved (house trained!) and in bed for 730/8pm every evening.
I generally have a quiet working week and Kyle my son has afterschool clubs. However I do like to party at the weekends either going up town or to the more local bars or possibly staying in with a glass of wine (or 3!) Im looking for two flatmates, friends or seperate. I like a quiet week only because i have work in the morning, but ive no problem if you wanted to invite friends round, especially at the weekend for meals, drinks, BBQ etc.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner/sitting area, utility room, garage and lovely garden with decked area, garden furniture and bbq. The livingroom has sky tv as do both rental rooms (the cost of a box is included) and we have wifi too.
At one side of the house is my room and my sons room with one bathroom. At the other side of the house are the other two rental rooms with their bathroom which will only be used by the tenants. So one bathroom between two people. The two rooms to rent are next to each other but are quite far away from my sons so you dont have to worry about noise or coming in late/getting up early etc.
The house is located in Bonnyrigg, about a 20 minute bus ride out of Edinburgh. The 31 bus takes you to the North Bridge, Princess Street, Murrayfield, Gyle etc.
Bonnyrigg has its own town with pubs, shops and restaurants as does Dalkeith the next local town just 5 minutes away.
The rent is £400 per month per room including all bills including a sky box in each room.
