Lovely room in recently furnished and decorated 2 bed flat, 5 mins from Angel, Exmouth Market and Kings Cross, 15 min walk to Rusell Square and a 5 - 10 min cab ride from Leicester Square. Great local amenities on Amwell street and great nightlife in Angel and old street/shoreditch (5 - 10 bus ride away). Price includes all bills, no extras and even cleaning things and house mainentence looked after. Looking for professionals; someone who is easy going, good sense of humour and has their own reasonable social life but is happy to sit down and put the world to rights over a glass of wine or two every so often. I am still good friends with all my old flatmates. Age wise someone 25 - 45. One months deposit and a couple of references please. Maybe some flexibility on date available. Room is 11ft by 13ft and bigger than looks in pic.
