Preferred room and flatmate description

Up to three spacious rooms available to those professionals working in the area in a very spacious and recently refurbished guest house/hotel. This would suit a business traveller up in Blackpool mid-week .Guests must have a home address (legal requirement) or stay no more than three weeks continually, before checking out for a night and checking in again. All the double rooms available have en-suite shower bathrooms., central heating and hot water 24/7. Room service, including laundered bed-linen and towels ,weekly. All three rooms have TV, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle, comfortable seating area and table and chairs. There is a small kitchen available with micro-wave, kitchen sink etc. Includes all bills. Ideal for professional person working from home travelling to Blackpool on business over a number of months. Two options avaiable Either Option 1 Monday to Friday and a storage place for possesssions while guest returns home.

Or, option 2 , seven day weekly stay where possessions are left when home visits occur.

Costs vary according to choice of 1 or 2. but start from £80 for option 1. Minimum 4 weeks.

OR A professional looking for a House or Flat share but requiring more time for viewings and therfore using us as a stop gap.
