I have a lovely newly refurbished double room to rent in my property situated in the north shore area the room is fully furnished everything is brand new from the tv down to the duvet covers also has a very nice sized built in wardrobe.
It is a 5 minute walk from the town centre, train station and bus station with bus stops round the corner also there is a Chinese, chip shop, pizza and kebab house, gym and 3 local shops literally a minutes walk away its a fantastic location ideal also for students as the local college bus routes near enough stop on my street.
Iam lookin for a clean friendly person to share with male or female and must either be a full time professional or student.
I work hard but enjoy going out when I can or like to stay in with a beer and watch a film and get to the gym when time permits.
