Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a young 24 year old female looking for a house or flat to share. I am a full time professional worker, very friendly, considerate and very tidy. I am an animal fanatic and have three lovely pet rats that are clean, do not smell or bite and are house trained. I also have my own car.

I'm a quite caring person who likes to relax in my own spare time either playing video games, watching movies and painting. I can keep myself to myself if need be, but I am also looking to make new friends. I have recently come out of a long term relationship were I shared a flat with my partner. I am still renting our flat but cannot afford it on my own for much longer.

I would prefer to rent with similar minded people but I am open minded and can get on with anyone :).
