1930s 3 bed semi, 1.1 miles away from Blackheath Village. We are a young professional couple who would like to rent a king sized room, including all the bills. The house has a lovely garden and an inviting living & dining room (joined by a pocket door). There is a piano.

The bedroom has been decorated in neutral colours. There is a lock on each bedroom door. There is wireless broadband and a monitored burglar alarm.

It's a safe, quiet area, 6 stops on the bus from Blackheath Station. The A2 is nearby too, so it's easy to shop at Blue Water or see a show at the O2!

Our house is a nice home, not a party house. We are therefore looking for a professional who is happy to clean up after themselves and pay their rent on time. We are usually asleep by 11 on week nights, so loud computer games and/or talking loudly is unacceptable after this time.
