Me and my wife, who are both 30, have 2 very good double bedrooms available in our lovely house in Blackheath. One at £550 pm (slighty bigger double) and one at £450 pm (Smaller double) and all bills included.
The house has 2 bathrooms and extra toilet downstairs, a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledryer, a living area and a garden. Non-smoking house.
We are looking for single, working professionals only. We are very tidy poeple who enjoys a good work-life balance. We are easy going and respect poeple's privacy so mutual respect whould be appreciated.
Our closest station is Kidbrooke with trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, Lewisham (for DLR) and a 15min busride to North Greenwhich. Also more bus links to Greenwhich and Balckheath town centres.
Short Term renting is welcome. 2 weeks deposit and 1 month's rent in advance.
