Preferred room and flatmate description

We have a room available in our 3 bedroom house with me and one other female... oh and Stewie the cat!!! We are both professionals and work in Southampton. We like a quiet night in front of the tv and going out and having a laugh. We are easy-going and (I think) easy to get along with!!

All the bills are included except for the landline phone. Room can be furnished or not depending on your preference, it has recently been painted and has a laminate floor.

House has a large lounge / dining room with huge leather corner sofa, plus the usual tv, dvd player, Sky+ etc. There is also a conservatory (normally where I hang the washing so it's out of the way!!). The kitchen has the usual with a built-in oven, grill and gas hob plus a microwave. There is a downstairs toilet and a cupboard with the fridge and freezer and washing machine.

Bathroom has a power shower over the bath and a huge airing cupboard... good for storing all your bits and pieces.

There is also a garage and a loft for extra storage if needed and a front and back garden laid to lawn!

Room is available straight away for a short- or long-term let
