I have a large double bedroom (used to be the garage) on the ground floor of a townhouse. Mostly unfurnished but I do have some furniture (drawers etc) available.
The rent includes all bills (apart from phone calls) and use of broadband. The house is located within easy walking distance of tesco express and co-op, and bus routes. About 5 minute drive from m27.
