Hi, I have a double room available on the bottom floor of a townhouse. It is part furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers) but these can be taken out if not needed.
The house is close to the bus stop and shops (Tesco, co-op), and about 5 mins from the M27, in a quiet cul-de-sac (on-road parking but lots of room). There is no smoking in the house but in the garden is fine.
We are looking for someone reliable, considerate and trustworthy to share our home. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom (obviously) are available to use but the living room is not a shared area (we're not anti- social, though!). The bedroom is quite big and there's enough space to get a sofa in as well as a bed, etc. We've had loads of housemates and never had a problem with bathroom sharing so don't let the lack of en-suite put you off!
We rent another room out and we are all working professionals, we're really just looking for someone who will fit in nicely. It's quite a quiet house and we're more likely to have friends round for a takeaway than have a party.
