Hello, I have a house within five minutes walk of Bishop's Stortford town centre and rail station. I'd like someone who is fun, but respectful, mucks in at times, and understands that I have to keep my job! I want the house to be a place where we would both be relaxed.
Car parking is by permit application to the council (with a fee). Kitchen is pretty well equiped and includes a washing machine. Good wireless connection.
I (hope) like to think I am a reasonable guy and that I'd make a good and reliable housemate and look out for my housemate if needed. I'd like to have a month's trial with a new housemate and see where we go from there.
I might be able to adjust furniture etc in the room if/ when the funds become available. I would ask for a £250 deposit.
