Double bedroom available in Erdington, a 2 minute walk to the train station. 5 min drive to the M6. Great location for Birmingham University, Aston University and UCE. Bus stop 20 metres from front door. Rent is all inclusive, including wireless internet access but no phone. Needs to be animal friendly as I have 2 cats (very friendly). To share with a 29 year old female professional into sports and socialising with a good sense of humour. Do spend a couple of nights a week at my boyfriend's so you will get the house to yourself on a regular bais. Very tidy well kept modern house. Looking for male/female professional of any age, non smoker or smoker willing to go outside! Room available mid December.
