I have a mid size single room to let from 1st Dec, in a 4 bed end of terrace house on katie rd, selly oak.
Rent of £275 pcm includes water rates, council tax, tv licence and broadband.
The room has a single bed, under bed storage, wardrobe, chests of drawers, desk, fold away chair, and pictures.
A months rent plus a months deposit are required upon moving in.
The house is an end terrace with one large down stairs bedroom, lounge, kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, a downstairs bathroom, 2nd bathroom upstairs and 1 large bedroom, one mid size and one small.
It has secure parking behind locked gates.
The house has just been completely redecorated, and was rewired, with new central heating, newly plastered, new carpets, new bedroom furniture, fire doors, smoke alarms and a new leather suite, approx 18 months ago.
The house is situated on katie Road, Selly oak and is 10 minutes walk to Birmingham Uni.
Right on the doorstep is the 11 bus route that runs around the outer circle of the city, buses 61, 62, 63 direct to the city centre in 15-20 minutes are just across the road.
Selly oak train station is a 5 minute walk away that goes to new st in 3 stops, a Sainsbury's supermarket and a local pub are across the rd, there are more pubs, shops, cafes, an Aldi supermarket and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
Basically all amenities that you need for life are right on your doorstep.
Please note that this is a minimum 6 month tenancy
Please be aware that gas and electric are paid by a pre payment meter and at present is costing £30 per month per tenant, paid to me at the same time per month as the rent.
