Hi my name is Sheena and I have 1 room to rent in my townhouse which is in Hockley, 5-10 mins from city centre and close to Jewellery Quarter. Nice new estate with new houses. The house has 3 rooms, 1 of which is occupied by myself and the other 2 are currently vacant . As there would be only 2 people living in the property you would get a lot of your own space. I am generally quite busy with work and at the gym most evenings. The room available for rent is a large, fully furnished, single room and the rent is £400 per month which includes all bills. There is also parking and a garden. Bus stop is a one minute walk and the buses to town go every 5-7 minutes so very frequent. As a housemate i'm a relaxed and friendly person. I like to spend time doing my own thing but am also sociable. Enjoy evenings in, going cinema, drinking etc. I treat others with respect so expect to be treated with respect too.
