Its on the Stirchley/Selly Oak/Bournville area in Cotteridge - DIRECT BUS AND TRAINS TO CITY CENTRE (train = 5mins walk to UNIVERSITY/QE Hospital, FIVE WAYS, NEW ST. & Bus 2 secs walk - but off the road so quiet).

Do come and have a look as it’s hard to describe the atmosphere… there’s really cosy yet chilled sociable layout to the house - HOUSE AMENITIES: WIRELESS BROADBAND, sunny south facing garden, washer/dryer, micorwave etc, separate lounge, gorgeous dining area for guests/entertaining & the relaxed atmosphere which I’m just going to have to enforce!!

I do want people to be tidy and love n treat the house good, but I also want the place to be your home too.
