Hi there, house-share room available couple minutes from centre of town, birkenhead, wirral, cheshire CH41 area. Close to bus and train stations that take you to liverpool within 10 minutes and other routes like chester. Mersey Tunnel is 1 minute away that takes you to centre of liverpool. Looking for a responsible and respectful professional person to share a nice and clean house with nice friendly people. Rooms are private and rent is £35-£45 paid in advance weekly or monthly. Deposit for rent is required. All bills are split equally and fairly. At present everyone pays aprox £20 per week towards elec gas water council tax, however rising costs means these are presently being reviewed and changes are likely (out of my control-blame the government and companies). Cleaning is a must and respect of others and property important. Every sharer's life differs however, this is a houseshare which means sharers share the cost of living etc within the house which is why houseshare is cheap. If you cant live with people ... do not apply. Smokers are asked to respect any non smokers in the house and smoke outside if required as this is the law in connection with smoking in communal areas. thanks
