House-share room available near Birkenhead central of town, birkenhead, wirral, cheshire CH41 area. Close to transport bus and train stations that take you to liverpool centre within 10 minutes and other routes like chester. Mersey Tunnel is near that takes you to centre of liverpool. Looking for a responsible and respectful professional person to share a nice and clean house with nice friendly people. 1 Room private room is available and rent is £35 to £45 paid in advance weekly or monthly. Deposit for rent is required. Rent (£40)& bills (£15) total £55 ... bills are split equally and fairly. At present everyone pays aprox £20 per week towards elec gas water council tax, however rising costs means these are presently being reviewed and changes maybe likely (out of my control-blame the government and companies). Cleaning is a must and respect of others and property important. Every sharer's life differs however, this is a houseshare which means sharers share the cost of living etc within the house which is why houseshare is cheap. If you cant live with people dont apply please. Smokers are advised they have to respect other non smokers in the house according to UK Law as this is a communal house. thanks
