This is a double room in my home in a sought after part of Southport. The room is fully furnished (as is the house) with a double bed and fitted wardrobes,
The rent is a bit less if someone was here from Mon to Fri.
The house is an extended semi with a separate bathroom and shower room so there aren't any queues in the mornings. It is a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking and public transport links to Southport and Liverpool are just a few minutes stroll away.
I am friendly and outgoing and would like some interaction with a housemate but like my privacy. I expect my house shares to be trustworthy, honest, respectful and considerate.
The house is kept clean and tidy. Bills are included.

I know it's a bit of a pain to pay just to get in touch with one person who advertises, but if more was put in profiles there would be more chance of getting in touch. Perhaps people can put where they work and their surname, I could phone at work, otherwise look on Gumttree under Liverpool or Lancashire for my contact details. Sorry but allergies to certain animals means I can't take anyone with a dog or cat.
