Hi, we live in a bright and spacious 3 level Victorian house in a quiet and lovely heritage East-end street, 5 min walk to Bethnal Green underground station (Central line), Broadway market, Columbia Rd Flower Market and within close proximity of Brick Lane, hipster Shoreditch, Victoria Park and Liverpool St.
We are looking for a 26-35yrs professional guy or gal who is friendly and open minded, reliable, clean, enjoys having a laugh and being part of an eco and ‘conscious’ home. Would also suit a masters or PhD student on placement. The room is for a vegetarian or those ‘flexitarians’ happy not to have meat at home. Absolutely no smokers please.
The bedroom (3. 7m x 2. 2m) is newly furnished and has an organic wool filled queen size bed, organic and fair-trade pillows and bed linen, wooden floorboards and an inbuilt wardrobe. It has a large light-filled window which gets the setting sun, a heater (essential for winter!) and an old decorative fireplace.
We share one big bathroom, an open-plan living area with fireplace, modern kitchen, morning yoga space, courtyard garden with living wall and a soon to be built patio. We have high-speed internet, washer and dryer and a fortnightly cleaning lady who is amazing.
