Due to a recent break up I have now found my self paying rent & bills on my own & therefore I am looking to fill my spare room & have someone split the bills with me. I am after a working professional of similar age group (sociable but not to wild).
The house is a semi on a fairly new build estate in a nice area in Long Benton (2min walk to metro station- if that), the room is a double with its own private en suite, the house has front and back garden with garage & parking space. (I also have sky hd which I pay for and isnt included in rent/bills) Only catch is I do have a pet cat which I didnt have the heart to get rid of after the break up.
I am easy going & friendly, love a pint at the local but also love just chilling out with a dvd. If anyone would like to meet or speak to me & see the room up for grabs, give me a shout
