Preferred room and flatmate description
We're (Fe and Clivers) looking for a 3rd housemate to live with us in Beeston from September 2009! The house is ideally located just behind Broadgate park just a 5 minute walk from campus.
The house has been newly refurbished with a brand new bathroom and kitchen plus brand new double glazing. The house has also been newly decorated with new carpets and floor. Thers also a large garden... perfect for bbq's and a trampoline :D It is in a quite area, but students live next door. There is also off street parking.
The room available is a spacious double bedroom fully furnished. There are two toilets, a bathroom, a kitchen, and living room with TV. Priced at £65 p/w not including bills.
We will both be second year students studying mechanical engineering and medicine and would like someone who's outgoing, fun and likes socializing...especially at the big O :D
.....p.s. we also have an amazing pet goldfish called Finley!
