I have a large double room (Room size: 14’6 x 9’3) available with double bed, bookcase, desk/chair, TV aerial point and bedside table. There is also a walk in wardrobe (two doubles) providing lots of storage, however if you would like to bring your own bedroom furniture you are more than welcome.
The room costs £350 per month and the rent is inclusive of all bills - council tax, gas, electric, water, Sky TV and wifi. Multiroom can be added at additional cost if required.
The room would be perfect for a young single professional/postgraduate student. You would be sharing with a professional (shift worker).
The rest of the 2/3 bedroom house comprises a large lounge (sky tv and comfy sofas), nice shared bathroom with electric shower over bath and fully fitted kitchen area. There is a lockable shed and garage and extensive garden with patio area. Off -street parking available.
There is a bus stop 1 min away (NCT 14, 36) which runs every 10 min. Situated within easy reach of the M1 junction 25, Beeston town centre, college and university.
Sainsbury’s Local is a 5-10 min walk away. There is also a corner shop (2min) next to the pub. By car you can easily get to either larger Tesco store (Beeston or Toton), or the larger Sainsburys in Beeston. The Chilwell Retail Park, Attenborough Nature Reserve and village hotel and leisure centre are a 5-10 min drive away.
