The room is a good sized double and the rent is £290pcm which includes all bills, (Broadband, gas, electric, council tax, water, TV licence). The number 1 bus route (direct to Leeds Centre and both Universities) is one minutes walk away and runs every 10 mins (takes 10 minutes to city Centre). Access to the M1 and M621 takes 2/3 minutes and there is plenty of roadside parking plus a secure bike shed. The house has a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, lounge and 2 bathrooms. There is a supermarket and local ‘take aways’ one minutes walk away. One month's rent is required in advance and the minimum contract is 6 month's.
