My nane is Kimberly , I'm a third year nursing student at QMC and I have double 3.51m (11ft 6in) x 3.35m (11ft 0in) £250pcm exclusive of bills available from 01-June-2012 to rent in a house in Ireland Close Beeston. It is fully furnished and has fitted wardrobes, double glazing and central heating. Broadband is included in the rent. Deposit is one months rental. Unfortunately if you are not a student or otherwise exempt, you will also be liable for council tax. The house is 4 minutes walk from Beeston train station, which is one stop from Nottingham, and about 20-25 minutes walk from the west gate of uni park. However there is a bus stop round the corner for a bus that travels through university park.
The house is fully furnished, with 2 toilets, large dining room/lounge, kitchen, broadband (included in rent), off street parking a garage for bike storage and a garden.
