Looking for a friendly female housemate to join this sociable, professional home, sharing with 3 other mid-20's professional girls. Looking for a 9-5 professional female, no shift workers. We are looking for a tidy, considerate, but friendly and sociable housemate to fit in within a fun shared all female house. The room available is a large DOUBLE room, with 2 double wardrobes, double bed and 2 drawer units. The house is a large Victorian terrace with a homely feel and we want someone who will fit in and respect the house, and feel at home. The house has been modernised throughout in neutral tones and furnishings so not garish at all and has a shared bathroom, a large, spacious kitchen and dining room, nice living room, great garden to the rear for BBQ's and socialising and double driveway at the front for off-road parking, and secure double drive at the rear - 4 off road parking spots in total!!!! It has a large garden, shared with next door, another shared professional household, so there is a social/community vibe with lots of BBQ's and a good ready made social circle. A great place in the summer and just a nice place to sit out in. We want some one who won't abuse the fact it is bills all in and has common sense to turn the heating off when it isn't needed etc. The house is 2 mins drive from Leeds rail station, easy access to M621, M62 and M1, just on the edge of the city, it's a great location for getting in and out of the city without having to take arduous bus journeys to go just 3 miles. The no. 1 bus goes into town every 10 minutes (bus stop just by the house) and takes only a few minutes to get into town.
