Preferred room and flatmate description

Double bedroom available and share living room only with me and the cat :-) who is very friendly and soft.. I love Sci Fi/fantasty stuff like Legend of the Seeker that is on the Sci Fi Channel at the moment, also enjoy programmes like Ugly Betty, One Tree Hill, Chuck, Reaper, Supernatural and Dragons Den etc. So its important that you have a similar taste in tv/films as its a shared living area. Am not one for watching stuff like Easter Enders, Coronation Street, or the news..as its usually negative stuff. Also its very important that the person is cat friendly as my cat hangs out in the living room a lot (and no other pets allowed besides this one,) and someone who is tidy ie who washes their dishes up after cooking and shares the cleaning of the shared areas. My guidelines are that no dirty dishes are left overnight and the person is considerate to others. I am friendly and sociable and have some great neighbours next door. There is a lovely dining kitchen with a living flame gas fire, pine round table with 4 chairs, a huge Da Vinci picture up and a large framed black and white pic of Bob Marley, a candelabra plus all the usual.eg microwave, cooker, washer, fridge/freezer and in the cellar is the dryer.
