We are professional gay couple with large double room in well decorated terraced house. The area is very quiet; 2 mins walk from Beeston Marina or 10 mins walk to nature reserve. All mod cons. Room has double bed, sofa, wardrobe. House has WiFi. Very large garden. We have two adorable cats. Train station to Nottingham 5 mins so 15 mins to the city for a commute and only 15 mins walk to Nottingham University so excellent for students though we are not a 'party house'; quiet during the week and very social at the weekends.
