Hi there... We have a room avail.. It's a huge double room in a large victorian house. Modern decor, real fire, bay windows, 8 hob cooker and large open kitchen, untreated beams in bedroom 1, kingsize iron bed and stripped wood floor in bed 2, gardens to front and rear with open aspect onto a park with tennis courts, kids area, basketball court and festivals during the summer. First to see usually takes. 5 mins from Leeds centre. Want someone friendly, respectable, a bit sociable and someone who likes a laugh too. All of us have been in the house over a year and we're a real friendly bunch. There's luke, a committed artist, into rock n roll, rockabily and very charming and lovely, George is a legal type bod (don't hold that against him) type who doesn't fit the role as he's a far too cool and funny and then there's lil old me. I've just finished uni and am now in the throws of the rat race for a housing organisation. Would love to meet you so get in touch if you fancy bobbing round to meet us all.
