Preferred room and flatmate description
I have 2 rooms available from June 2010 and another in August, in a 4 bedroom house in Beeston.
The house is recently refurbished and perfect for students, having been furnished with study areas, desks, bookcases, wireless broadband internet etc. I've also just put it a new bathroom suite, with shower bath and electric shower - looks pretty smart, if I do say so myself!
It is ideally situated to Nottingham University (0.5 miles) & Beeston town centre (where there is a Sainsburys). House is 2 mins walk from bus stop to city and 5 mins walk from Beeston train station (train journey to city centre takes 3 mins - therefore also suitable for Trent students.)
Back garden has washing line, table with chairs and a garden shed for bike storage, with rear access. House has 2 car-parking spaces, one off-road and one on-road.
Rent includes cable TV, TV licence, phone line with free local evening and weekend calls, water rates, and wireless broadband internet. Not your average student accommodation-much higher standard!
Rent is £65 per week for two of the rooms and £70 per week for the other.
The house is registered with Unipol, has an Energy Performance Certificate and is accredited with the Universities.
