Preferred room and flatmate description

I assume you’re looking for a place to live, let's hope so because I have not one but two rooms going

THE ROOMS: one double, one single (could probably squeeze a double bed in the single room if you were desperate) both are fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and some rather lovely shelves!

THE HOUSE: the house itself has a lounge, dining room, kitchen (with washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, toaster, .... sink, you get the idea), bathroom, garden to the rear - it’s a garden, don’t know what to say - it’s got a clothes line, not very exciting, but good for the odd bbq. Free parking outside, easy walking distance to the centre, tends to take me 20-25 mins depending on whether I’m running late for work.

THE ROOMMATE: me, 25, working full time, clean / tidy and easy going, no idea what else people want to know, if you want to know anything just ask!

THE DOWNSIDE - RENT: the single room I think, but need to check with the Landlord, will be about £295 pcm, but that includes: broadband, council tax, water, contents insurance, tv license but not gas and electric (don’t quote me but combined I think they run at about £15-£20 a month per person, but I’ll check if you’re interested). The double room, again I need to check, would be about £340 pcm, on the same basis as above, i.e. incs water etc, but not gas and electric.
