Nice double room available in a lovely house in Southville area. It is about a 20 minute walk to the town centre and about a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads railway station, and there is also a local railway station.

The house is located on Sion Rd which is just off fashionble North St which has a selection of nice restaurants and bars. Its a Victorian house, recently re-furbished with all mod cons, and the room on offer is a good sized double. The bathroom is shared and has a power shower over the bath. The rest of the house will be shared with the 2 existing tenants, 1 male 1 female, there is cable t.v and wireless broadband. Outside there is a small garden, not imaculate but perfectly useable for a spot of sunbathing or BBQ's. There is always parking available on the street, The road is a dead end so no through traffic and very quiet.

The room is unfurnished but I can provide some basic bits if required.

The rent and utilities include; wireless internet. cable t.v. gas. electric. council tax. Basically, all bills.

This is a no smoking house but smoking outside is ok.
